It seems to need pressure against nose work. However, more often after a number of pumps nothing happens. Unsure what is going on, so selling as-is for parts. Sometimes I am able to build pressure with a few pumps and it will extend.

It does seem to be leaking some oil, so maybe that is low. Worst area is the chrome nose cone. I have listed as FOR PARTS it seems to need repair or adjustment. There is some oil, dirt and signs of use.
